As my client, you will be represented by me, your listing agent, in all aspects of the transaction, leading to a successful and stress free completion of the sale of your home.
I will be there to attend to all offer presentations and I will assist you by:
- Reviewing all offers with you and any accompanying documents such as schedules, waivers and amendments, making sure you understand exactly what is being asked of you.
- Counseling on and drafting all counter-offers as required;
- Paying close attention to all the details , in particular to all time guidelines ,and staying focused on the activities of the Purchaser agent's activities as they pertain to the sale of your home to ensure a 100% successful outcome;
- Anticipating and providing all subsequent documentation as required;
- Ensuring your lawyer has all paperwork and crucial details such as the name of the Purchaser's lawyer, and is kept updated as to any changes that may occur, such as the closing date.
